Rachelle L. Carpenter
Director of Operations
Rachelle Carpenter joined WSI in October 2006 following her 10 years in Operations with a Fortune 500 company in the financial services industry. She has extensive experience in operations and project management where she led the opening of a 250 seat call center with process improvement to include Six Sigma Certification. Rachelle has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources.
Outside of the office, Rachelle enjoys spending time with her family, exercising and being involved in the community. She has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, United Way and many organizations that benefit children.
